    A new employee will receive the company-level and department-level training. The company-level training includes induction, meeting with the General Manager, product knowledge training, safety education, business etiquette training, workshop site visit and other training on required knowledge and skills, while the department level training focuses on the job qualification and professional skill of the employees; For fresh graduates, in addition to new employee training, the Company also adopts the training form of mentoring and will transfer them to the production, business, R&D and other departments for learning.
